When Camille consulted us, she had already been to several kitchen distributors and had a handful of design options but she felt that none of them fulfilled her brief or covered her needs.
What she wanted was to modernise her kitchen, maximise storage space and include an additional oven but without sacrificing work surface.
We visited her home to understand her lifestyle and see the space in action. Seeing the whole picture allowed us to come up with a new design by which we redistributed the elements in the kitchen to optimise its use.
This quick Fresh Eye chat, meant that Camille could now go back to her chosen distributor and have them implement the new design
Look & Feel (indoor)
Marcela and Juan Pablo were moving to their first unfurnished home. Key decoration and furniture elements had to be chosen, which meant that both their styles, classic and minimalistic, had to merge in order to have a harmonious space that would be perfect for both of them. The prospect of sourcing all the elements whilst juggling a busy work life was daunting.
During our Fresh Eye visit, we had a friendly chat with them and understood what they wanted: a calm and sophisticated space that could double as living room and kids play area. Similarly, the guest room had to function as a home office as well as a welcoming room for an occasional guest.
The Look and Feel package was perfect for them because it allowed them to visualise the space, giving them peace of mind and flexibility at the time of ordering.
Look & Feel (outdoor)
Andres and James bought their dream property a while back and have been slowly decorating it with lots of love and dedication. They have turned it into an amazing happy place but as their family started growing they realised they needed more space. They didn’t want to move house or so they consulted us to help them come up with a solution.
During our Fresh Eye visit we concluded that this growing family needed a multifunctional space to use for work, to relax and for guests. Following our visit, we helped them source the perfect outbuilding for this purpose and decorated it with functional and stunning furniture. Now the whole family has a little getaway space that they can use for whatever each of them need.
This is a wonderful example of a project developed from Fresh Eye, through to Look & Feel and Technical Package:
Mr. and Mrs Simpson live in a traditional Edwardian end of terrace house and they were keen to have a toilet for guests on the ground floor as well as a comfortable laundry area but didn’t want to sacrifice garden space by extending the house out or going through an entire kitchen renovation.
We redesigned the space under the stairs and hallway to include a toilet and much needed additional storage, as well redistributing the kitchen to make room for a comfortable laundry area without the need for an entire kitchen renovation.
Having the Look & Feel images and Technical Package meant that they could develop the project alongside their chosen builders without misunderstandings.
The Colombian architecture firm Forero & Castro contacted us after finishing the blueprint design for their latest residential project. They wanted us to design the Look and Feel for the show home.
We based our design on the brief and description that the architects gave us about the target consumer, we provided them with hyperealistic 3D images. In a nutshell, we gave them a tool to help their clients visualise architectural thoughts.
This example of Look and Feel is a great tool for anyone who needs help visualising themselves in a new property or in any space with a fresh design.
